Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organization’s values to support excellent patient outcomes.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and quality care.
• Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborate to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement, including employee rounding and other initiatives.
• Contribute to staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or higher.
