Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Psych Adult to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The CNC will oversee unit functions, collaborate with management, and serve as a resource for staff, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient throughput.
2. Participating in quality assessments of patient care services.
3. Collaborating to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
4. Supporting patient-first initiatives and service recovery.
5. Recommending and implementing staff training, development, and personnel policies.
6. Managing staff scheduling and inventory control.

Qualifications: Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment and be a Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing.
