Job summary

McLaren is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the healthcare team to uphold professional standards. The role directs, coordinates and delegates activities to foster patient/family centered care.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, intervening as required, and evaluating outcomes while maintaining hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is preferred.

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
