Job summary

McLaren Health in Port Huron, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality care on the 4 South Cardiac Step Down unit. You will coordinate and delegate to care teams, follow hospital policy and nursing standards, and strive for patient/family-centered care.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, planning and implementing nursing care, and evaluating responses. Michigan RN license and BLS required; ACLS preferred; Associate degree required, BSN preferred.

Daily Work Times: 7:00pm-7:30am

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
