NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the medical team at our largest Transitional Housing Program in Concord, New Hampshire.

You will work with our psychiatrist and medical team to provide comprehensive medical and psychiatric nursing care for adults working toward independence. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, medical documentation, and oversight of program supplies.

Formación

• Degree from accredited School of Nursing; NH RN license required; experience with the program population preferred.
• Registered Nurse degree is required; experience with this population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver medical and psychiatric nursing care with the medical team.
• Conduct nursing assessments and medical documentation/recordkeeping.
• Administer medications and oversee program medical supplies.
