This program specializes in providing supported housing services to adults transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home.
The Nashua Community Residential Program augments our existing continuum of care due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The agency has a progressive reputation for providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational, and peer support services and life‑skills to adults living with serious mental illness (SMI) or serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants in these treatment facilities are seeking independent, home‑like living.
