The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care. The RN has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
Includes patient-centered care, compliance with hospital standards, clinical practice, safety, infection control, human resources policies, and supervisory responsibilities. The RN will plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Education: Nursing diploma or Bachelor's preferred. Licenses: RN license required. Experience: 3+ years IV and PICC experience preferred. Certifications: CPR, PALS, ACLS, BLS as required.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and other physical activities as detailed, with specific weight and activity levels.
Onsite at 81 Highland Avenue, 36 hours weekly, rotating shifts.
