Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for residents, ensuring high-quality service. The role includes night shifts 10:30pm–7:00am with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

You’ll conduct health assessments, order and interpret tests, manage treatment and medications, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• RN license is required to practice as a nurse.
• MAP certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• 3–5 years of related nursing experience is required.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify clinical issues.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Provide episodic and preventive care, including treatment and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting specialists.
• Communicate with families and guardians regarding resident care.
• Participate in care planning meetings, health rounds, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
• Stay current with healthcare practices through ongoing education.
