Seven Hills Foundation in Groton, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in a long-term setting.

The position offers night shifts, 10:30pm-7:00am, four shifts per week, with every other weekend and holiday. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included, with RN candidates also considered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications/treatments safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Support individualized care plans and nursing interventions.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs appropriately.
• Complete accurate documentation, charting, and physician order transcription.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination.
• Maintain medication inventory and narcotic documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and care teams.
• Respond to emergencies and resident concerns.
• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and quality improvement activities.
