Job summary

Sign-on bonus available for offers accepted by Sept 30, 2026. Candidates must hold VA RN licensure (or eligible/compact), possess BLS HCP, and pursue BSN if not already obtained within the required timeframe.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible/compact state.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.
• Diploma or Associate's Degree from a nursing program; BSN encouraged/mandated within five years if no Bachelor’s.
• RN to BSN must be pursued within two years of start date and completed within five years if not already.
• Clin II requires 12–24 months RN experience; Clin III requires 3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician/licensed independent provider orders.
• Delivers and documents direct, age-specific care according to medical orders and plan of care.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors interactions/incompatibilities.
• Organizes work and may supervise other nursing staff).
• Practices in accordance with Virginia nursing regulations and ANA standards.
