Visits and hourly shifts are available, with pay rates starting at $35.00/hr and higher for hourly shifts and $75/visit+ for visits. We require valid RN or LPN Florida license or Compact license, BLS, Florida CEUs, health form, and TB/clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or Compact license.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
• Must have Florida required CEUs.
• Must have physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Must have copy of a negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray or Quantiferon-TB Gold test results (QFT-Plus).
• Must have Level 2 background clearance to verify in AHCA.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
• Only professional and punctual individuals need apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: Start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• Visits and hourly shifts available.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
