Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks a PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in hospital settings. You will assess and monitor patients, document conditions, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care plans.

The role offers flexible scheduling with 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts and per diem pay with daily or weekly payments. Virginia RN license and PCU experience within the last four years are required, along with BLS/ACLS and infection-control adherence.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience in the past 4 years.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Additional facility-specific credentials may be required.

Qualifications And Skills

• Active Virginia RN License
• At least 2 years of recent PCU experience within the past 4 years
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Additional credentials may be required per facility
