AMG Specialty Hospital‑ Northwest Indiana is offering up to a 10,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) for night shifts with ICU, LTAC, or Post‑Acute experience and 2 years minimum experience. This sign‑on bonus or tuition reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2‑year minimum commitment.

Responsibilities

The RN provides direct and indirect patient care in the long‑term acute care setting. Communicates with physicians, CCO, and co‑workers, as appropriate, about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of employment.
• ICU, LTAC, Critical Care, or Post‑Acute experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.
