ECU Health North Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a skilled RN to deliver patient-centered nursing care in Labor & Delivery. This 0.9 FTE role involves 12-hour shifts weekly, providing assessment, planning, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

You will work under NC Nurse Practice Act guidelines, maintaining high standards and collaborating with hospital staff to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns at ECU Health North Hospital.

Formación

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support is required.
• 1 year of experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with NC Board of Nursing and professional standards.
• Collect and analyze assessment data, identify outcomes and develop a plan of care with patient/family and team.
• Implement interventions, evaluate progress, and document care with attention to age-specific needs.
• Collaborate with care team; delegate tasks as permitted by policy.

Educación

NC RN license / licensure in compact state

BLS certification

1 year nursing experience
