ECU Health North Hospital in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking a full-time, 0.9 FTE Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act and professional standards. The role requires NH licensure and BLS, with ongoing collaboration across the care team.

Responsibilities include data collection, planning and implementing care, and ensuring accurate documentation. Final compensation will reflect career ladder placement and experience.

Competenze

• RN license in North Carolina or licensure in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Mansioni

• Assess and analyze patient data to identify outcomes and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinate and deliver nursing care in collaboration with the patient/family and the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans; document processes and outcomes.
• Promote effective team functioning and delegate tasks as appropriate under NC Nurse Practice Act.
