Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required by state regulations

• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Previous nursing leadership experience (Charge/Lead Nurse or similar)

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Supervisor, you'll help provide leadership and direction to nursing staff while promoting excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or within an assigned unit
• Serve as a key liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and clinical staff
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized patient-care programs, policies, and procedures
• Provide leadership, guidance, and real-time feedback to nursing staff
• Participate in employee evaluations, performance counseling, and disciplinary processes when necessary
• Help resolve clinical and operational issues while maintaining accountability for patient and staff outcomes
• Step into direct patient care when needed
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs throughout recovery
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment focused on quality care and successful patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by Georgia regulations
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to obtain ACLS certification within one year of starting the position
• Ability to obtain CRRN certification within one year of meeting eligibility requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the past five years
• Previous nursing leadership experience, such as Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, or similar capacity
• Demonstrated experience with staff oversight, issue resolution, setting clinical direction, reporting, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
