Job summary

AristaCare at Manchester is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities during your tour of duty and ensure care complies with all applicable standards. You will hold administrative authority to manage duties as required by the Director of Nursing Services.

Shift available includes Every Other Weekend 11PM-7AM and Every Other Friday, at our Manchester Township, NJ facility. Competitive benefits are offered along with retirement and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Minimum 12 months training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations.

AristaCare is seeking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Shift available:

Every Other Weekend 11PM-7AM, Every Other Friday

Requirements

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
