Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our travel staffing team. You will provide patient-centered care across diverse settings, using the nursing process from assessment to follow-up.

This role requires collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, compliance with licensing standards, and willingness to travel to underserved communities within North Dakota. A valid RN license and travel experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide patient-centered care.

• Delivering care across all phases—from preventative and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
