Job summary

RiseWell Community Services in West Babylon, NY is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Young Adult ACT Team. You will provide medical services on a mobile, multi-disciplinary team for young adults with severe mental illness.

You will manage medications with physicians, ensure medical standards, and help with program compliance. A NYS RN license and driver license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse by NYS Education Department.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
• Valid and clean NY State driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services on a community based mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for young adults (18-28) with severe persistent mental illness.
• Manage and administer medications in conjunction with Psychiatrist or NPP.
• Ensure medical standards per program regulations are followed.

Salary: $80,000.00 Annually

RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Registered Nurses to join our Young Ault ACT Team in West Babylon, NY.

The nurse will provide medical services on a community based mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for young adults (ages 18-28) diagnosed with severe persistent mental illness. Provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist or NPP. Ensure medical standards as per program regulations are being provided

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Education Department. Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.A valid and clean NY State driver license. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
