Job summary

Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. You will perform assessments, administer medications, update care plans, and document accurately in the EMR.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and long-term wellness while supervising support staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing & rehab setting.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care experience preferred.
