Job summary

Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center in Burnside, Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, update care plans, and document accurately in the EMR.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and long-term wellness while supervising support staff, contributing to a resident-centered culture

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Update and maintain individualized care plans.
• Document care and events accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and wellness.
• Supervise and support nursing/clinical staff as needed.
