Job summary

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Clinic RN to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, IA. The role features a 4-day workweek with flexible later shift options and uses the OCHIN Epic EHR for documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and care coordination.
• Document in OCHIN Epic EHR.
• Maintain a 4-day workweek with selected later shift option.

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Clinic RN to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, IA!

What is a community health center (FQHC)?The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Clinic Hours: Mon/Tues/Fri 8:30a.m.-5:00p.m. & Wed/Thurs 8:30a.m.-8:00p.m.
• Your Schedule: 4 days per week 8:30-5:00 and choosing Wed or Thurs to work one later shift 8:30-8:00
• EHR: OCHIN Epic

• Competitive Salary: $29.42-34.00 hourly depending upon experience
