Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients at our facility in California. You will build strong relationships with patients and families while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires an ADN or BSN (or 3-year diploma), an active RN license, and current BLS/CPR. Prior dialysis/ICU experience is desirable but not mandatory; we value compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or 3-year diploma may substitute.
• RN License in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Dialysis, ICU/CCU/ER or Med Surg experience preferred but not required.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $36- $62 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
