Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients in our dialysis program. You will be on the front line, forming meaningful relationships with patients and their families while delivering comprehensive nursing care.

The role requires an ADN or BSN with an active RN license, BLS/CPR, and is preferred for those with dialysis or critical care experience. This on-site position offers a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or three-year diploma may substitute for degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER or Med Surg experience preferred but not required.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $25 - $45 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
