Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Registered Nurse in Jacksonville, FL to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients and to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will be on the front line delivering compassionate treatment.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN with an active RN license; CPR/BLS certification is required. Dialysis or critical care experience is preferred, and IRC offers growth within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Holds an active RN license in the state of practice (Florida).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Associates Degree in Nursing is required; BSN or a three-year diploma may be substituted for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to ESRD patients.
• Foster relationships with patients and families to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and dialysis team to coordinate care.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $37.00 - $46.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
