Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior care team on-site. You will provide person-centered nursing care, collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs and therapists, and help promote health and well-being for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Virginia and has strong communication and documentation skills. Prior long-term care experience is welcome, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.


• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.


• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years of nursing experience in long‑term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or memory care (preferred but not required).
