Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our home health visits team in Cumberland County, NJ. This full-time, per-visit role focuses on adult and geriatric clients, delivering high-quality care in the home environment.

Compensation includes a sign-on bonus of $7,500 for full-time employees and a comprehensive benefits plan. RNs provide skilled nursing services and work within BAYADA's values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Document observations and evaluations in the patient care record using a touch pad tablet.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey

Additional Information:

• Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
• $55.00 - $65.00 per point ($85,800 - $101,400 annually)
