Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is expanding and seeks dedicated Home Health RNs for full-time and PRN positions in Florida. The role involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing care plans with the care team, coordinating referrals, and educating patients and caregivers to promote independence.

You will supervise LPNs, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and travel between patient homes to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• At least 1 year of experience as a home health nurse.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with EHR such as Kinnser.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and travel between patient homes.
