Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care, assessments, and care planning for patients in our community-based program in West Virginia. You will lead clinical teams, oversee medication administration, and collaborate with physicians and centers to improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates have an accredited RN degree, active state license, CPR/First Aid, and at least 2 years of medication passing experience.

• CPR/First Aid certification current.
• Minimum 2 years of medication passing experience.

Responsibilities
