Job Description

We’re looking for a RegisteredNurse to care for our patients with compassion and one who can facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and theirfamilies on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, thecandidate should be a responsible, gentle and well-trained professionalwho can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervisionwhilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess theirneeds to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressuremeasurements, administering injections etc.) and fill inpatient’s charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication(s)and provide treatments according to the physician’sorders.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintainexcellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment,sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
• Provide instant medical care inemergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursingassistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionateenvironment to care for patients and their families.
• Expandtheir knowledge and capabilities by attending educationalworkshops, conferences etc.

Requirements

• Provenexperience as a registered nurse.
