Job summary

Lumera Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care and education while following safety guidelines. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans and support families with prevention and health practices.

The role includes supervising LPNs, assisting surgeons, and delivering high-quality nursing services across shifts, including night hours. Candidates must be licensed and skilled in emergency care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a registered nurse.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them.

• B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program.
• A valid nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections, etc.) and fill inpatient charts.
• Adjust and administer patient medications and provide treatments as per physician orders.
• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, beds).
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Encourage ongoing learning through workshops and conferences.

Job Description

We’re looking for a RegisteredNurse to care for our patients with compassion and one who can facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention methods and healthy habits.
