Lumera Healthcare Group in Lakeway, Texas, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care, educate patients and families, and support recovery with minimal supervision while following health and safety guidelines.

You will monitor patients, interpret symptoms, collaborate on care plans, and perform routine procedures. A valid nursing license and a strong teamwork ethic are essential to succeed.

• Proven experience as a registered nurse.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill inpatient’s charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician’s orders.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment,sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
• Expand their knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Job Description

We’re looking for a RegisteredNurse to care for our patients with compassion and one who can facilitate their speedy recovery.The candidate will be responsible for educating them and theirfamilies on prevention methods and healthy habits.
