Job summary

The EP lab is a fast-paced, highly technical setting in cardiac care.You will monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status throughout procedures, and prepare and maintain sterile fields, ensuring compliance with infection control. RNs will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical carePerforms initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient).Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team.
