Job summary

Community Care Physicians in Ballston Spa, NY, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a full-time Family Practice team. Hours are Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 7:30 AM7:4 30 PM and Wed 7:00 AM1:00 PM. A recruitment and retention bonus up to $3,500 is available.

Salary range $32.00–$45.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits. Eligible for overtime where applicable. Responsibilities include documenting patient conversations, maintaining accurate records, assessing vital signs, triaging calls, and preparing

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Previous experience in an RN role.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.

Our Family Practice Ballston Spais looking for an RN to join their team! This is a full-time position. The hours are: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Wed: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.

**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities:

• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Assess vital signs and the reason for each patient visit.

Compensation: $32.00 - $45.50 per hour
