Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Family Practice Ballston Spa team in a full-time role. The schedule runs Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and Wed 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, with a recruitment and retention bonus potential up to $3,500.

The role involves documenting conversations and patient records, assessing vital signs, triaging calls, and preparing patients for visits. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $45.50 per hour, with standard benefits and a business casual

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Previous experience in an RN role.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.
