Job summary

Fronditha Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to support residents at our St Albans facility in Melbourne, Australia. You will advocate for excellent clinical care that maintains residents’ independence and dignity while working with a collaborative team.

We require current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 12 months’ aged care experience; iCare system experience is an advantage, and a current Police Check is necessary. Night shifts are available on a casual basis.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 12 months experience working in the aged care sector (preferred).
• iCare system experience is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and WHS systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to care outcomes for residents.
• Genuine care for people and alignment with our values and mission.
• Supervisory experience within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with residential assessments, AN-ACC and clinical documentation.
• Current Police Check.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication management

• Managing complex health care needs to reach long term positive outcomes for residents

About you

• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
• Minimum of 12mth experience working in the aged care sector (preferred)

• Demonstrated unconditional focus on care outcomes for the residents
