Job summary

Siouxland Community Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a fast-paced multi-physician family practice. The role emphasizes clinical care, patient flow, and accurate documentation in the EHR.

The successful candidate will have active RN licensure, current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification, and strong computer skills to efficiently manage scheduling, triage, and provider orders in the medical records system.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.

• Experience in a multi-physician family practice setting preferred.
• Solid computer skills with basic data entry and EHR navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider with patient visits and patient flow in a fast-paced clinic.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals.
• Triage patient calls and document provider orders.
• Document in medical records and practice management system.
• Assist with specialty procedures as trained.

Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:

• Assist Provider with one-on-one patient visits and flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule appointments and make referrals.
• Triage and address patient phone calls.
• Communicate and document provider’s orders.
• Document in medical records and practice management system.
• Assist with specialty procedures as trained and as applicable.
• These functions are not all inclusive
