Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to cover Central Cuyahoga County and Cleveland. You will assess patients, complete care plans, and ensure high-quality, privacy-conscious care in home settings.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience. Home health experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a fleet vehicle program where applicable.

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
