Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide in-home nursing care across patient visits. The role focuses on assessing needs, executing the care plan, and ensuring safety and privacy for patients and families.

Responsibilities include ongoing assessments, reporting changes to the care team, and educating families on care and safety. A state RN license and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience are required, with home health exposure preferred.

Formación

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, ASN or BSN).
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.


• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.


• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.


• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.


• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment


• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
