Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Pay: $55-$60/hour

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the center of each patient's healthcare journey by:

• Providing hands-on nursing care in a busy outpatient primary care clinic.
• Triaging patient phone calls and walk-in concerns with sound clinical judgment.
• Reviewing lab results and diagnostic testing while coordinating follow-up care with providers.
• Partnering with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators to create individualized care plans.
• Helping patients better understand chronic conditions, medications, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring clinic readiness.
• Delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care to a diverse patient community.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 2+ years of RN experience (outpatient or primary care preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Experience working within an electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborative mindset and passion for patient-centered care

Extra Credit If You Have

• ACLS and/or PALS certification
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, ambulatory care, community health, or FQHC settings
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
