Job summary

Encompass Health in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. PRN and float opportunities across St. Louis campuses provide flexible coverage while delivering patient-centered rehabilitation care.

As an RN, you will supervise care, assess patients, tailor plans, collaborate with departments, and support families on the recovery journey using state-of-the-art therapies.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
