Job summary

Encompass Health in Portland, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to support each patient’s recovery, while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. A one-year rehab hospital experience is preferred, with CPR and RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.

• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
