Job summary

Care2You Home Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, patient-centered care in patients’ homes across Midland and Mt. Pleasant. You’ll assess conditions, administer meds, manage IV and wound care, and educate patients and families on treatment plans.

Licensed in the state, you’ll pass background/MVR checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain CPR certification. A collaborative, on-time approach is essential in this home health setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pass criminal background check and MVR check.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Complete patient assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and catheter care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on medications and care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team; document care accurately.
