Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team serving ESRD patients. You will provide high quality patient care and develop strong bonds with patients and their families, delivering compassionate, evidence-based dialysis care in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN, hold an active RN license in the state, and maintain current BLS/CPR certification. Prior dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg experience is preferred but not required; we value

Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $40 - $52 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
