Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high quality care for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). You will be on the front line, building strong relationships with patients and families in a dialysis setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN/BSN or diploma, is licensed in New Jersey, and maintains current BLS/CPR certification. Previous dialysis or critical care experience is preferred but not required. IRC offers comprehensive benefits.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three year diploma may substitute for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Work Experience

Salary Range

• $29.95 - $49.72 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
