Quality Talent Group is partnering with a top healthcare system in Ohio to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time shifts across day and night schedules. The facility combines acute care and rehabilitation services with a broad patient mix and opportunities for growth.

The RN will provide direct patient care, perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring, administer IV therapies, and educate patients and families. A strong team collaboration culture supports mobility, wound care, and rehab goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS (AHA) certification required or obtained within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
