Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role in Ohio with day and night shifts available. Our client is a large healthcare system serving the community with 4 hospitals, 20+ centers, and hundreds of physicians and nurses.

You will provide direct adult patient care, perform telemetry, administer IV medications, and educate patients and families. Active Ohio RN license and BLS are required; up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
