Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a registered nurse to support patient care across multiple units. The role involves applying nursing processes, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
You will plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in department quality initiatives. IL/WI licensure and CPR/BLS are required, with BSN preferred for advancement.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines).
Licensed as an RN in state of practice.
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days.
Other certification(s) per department requirements. For example: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP.
Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
May include color blind test (per department guidelines).
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
