Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse to join our care team. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, administer medications, document care, and continuously assess and adjust patient plans.
The role emphasizes safety, quality, and patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital and clinic setting across northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin; ADN required, BSN preferred, and CPR/BLS certification within 90 days.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines)
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification(s) per unit requirements. For example : ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
Passing the Driver’s License Check and or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written or oral instructions.
