Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Portsmouth Cardiology Associates is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role on weekdays, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, support patient flow, and collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to patient-centered care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and RN licensure; 1–3 years of RN experience is preferred. You will document care, educate patients, and follow hospital policies daily.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
  • 1-3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions.
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
  • Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
  • Check rooms daily for necessary supplies.
  • Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (may include phone triage when needed).
  • Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays

Seeking a Registered Nurse RN for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role
